After living in residence at the most renowned Holistic Institute in the U.S., the Omega Institute for Holistic Studies, Heather was certified Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York and with Functional Nutrition Alliance where she honed her nutritional expertise.
After founding an award-winning company in NYC, Heather brought her work to Los Angeles and professional kitchens across the globe. She has worked with people from all walks of life, from celebrities, prime ministers and royalty to Olympians, artists and chronically ill patients to help them understand food as medicine. A leader in widely attended retreats, and with a lifelong commitment to meditation, Heather brings a sensitivity and balanced artistry to the healing power of food with unyielding creativity.
