Anton Bilton is an international property entrepreneur and has built a reputation as a hardworking, innovative and progressive businessman.
In 2002, Anton formed The Lakes by Yoo, a joint venture with John Hitchcox, acting as the developer and buying 650 acres in the Cotswolds and creating a nature-inspired resort of 120 second homes for those who want a weekend hideaway built to their own specifications in a rural, but not remote, environment.
Anton Bilton is currently the Co-Founder and Executive Deputy Chairman of The Raven Property Group Ltd (formerly Raven Russia Ltd). The Raven Property Group was founded by Anton and Glyn Hirsch in 2005 and is a property investment company specialising in commercial property in Russia.
Anton is also non-executive Chairman of Sabina Estates Ltd, a property development company focused on large scale luxury villa development on Ibiza, Spain.
In addition, Anton devotes considerable time to philanthropic and sociological interests.
In 2015, Anton Bilton launched The Tyringham Initiative at Tyringham Hall, as a think-tank for the evolution, expansion and deeper understanding of ‘new-paradigm consciousness’, renowned in its enquiry for exploration, innovation, rigour and integrity.
Anton co-founded the UK registered charity Standing Voice, an international non-governmental organisation based in Tanzania, which focuses on tackling the acute plight of people with albinism in Tanzania and East Africa. He also founded the Bilton Charitable Foundation through which he helped to establish The Bilton High School in Hlabekisa, South Africa.
