The only home of its kind on the estate, The Beach House has all the modern amenities you would expect and much more. Designed with entertaining in mind, this home comes complete with its own private beach, games room with billiards table and cinema room, to name just a few. Warning, you may never want to leave!
With 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and ample parking it's the perfect Cotswolds escape for families, friends or colleagues. Upon entering, you are greeted by an impressive winding staircase and large dining table that can seat up to 8, with breathtaking views of the lake and beyond. Just off the hallway, you'll discover a large open-plan kitchen and lounge with modern cooking appliances, an extensive breakfast bar/island and a chic linen sofa that looks out onto the patio doors that open up to bring the outside inside.
Outside is a paradise with everything you need to embrace lakes life. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst you relax on the boho hammock, take out the rowing boat and of course, after a dip in the lake, there's an outdoor shower to wash yourself down. When hunger calls, perhaps a pizza using the portable oven or a beer and BBQ feast whilst you share your favourite moments of your stay.

UNIQUE FEATURES
Private Beach
The key feature of this home is that it leads down to its own private beach with access to Newfound Lake. A favourite pastime of the owner and his family is to enjoy time on water using the wooden rowing boat paddle boards.
Light and airy interiors
Each room has been decorated beautifully to appreciate the light and airy architecture, highlighting its rustic features, such as the authentic wooden beams that can be seen throughout. Whereas its games room features quirky art depicting playing cards, to bring out your playful side no doubt!
Bring the outside in
The majority of rooms on the ground floor have trendy Crittle glass doors that can be open up to the beautiful scenery and nature that surrounds this home. Host a BBQ and watch as the sunsets from the beach. Perfection.
