An open-plan living area comprises extensive new decking with stunning lake views, dining space for up to 10 guests, a fully-equipped kitchen and a sitting area with a cinema experience and a cosy wood burner.
If you seek relaxation, spend your days chilling on its lakeside deck with an outdoor fire pit, furniture to lounge on, unique ‘walk-in’ decking feature and peaceful secluded hot tub, perfect for taking in the beautiful sunsets over Longdoles Lake.

After an extensive renovation The Lakehouse has floor-to-ceiling windows which floods all rooms with natural light, combined with a state-of-the-art home audio and visual system, by Savant. Open the blinds at the touch of a button before stepping out through beautifully slim profile sliding doors to unveil a balcony with outdoor furniture, perfect for a morning coffee or afternoon book in the sun.

The Lakehouse is one of our most secluded properties on the estate; located on the North side of Longdoles Lake surrounded by trees and private garden.

The open-plan living area includes south facing lake views, dining space for ten, a fully equipped kitchen, large fireplace and separate cosy lounge/cinema. The brand new Krieder kitchen, miele appliances and authentic oak flooring.
Outside
Enjoy the private garden area surrounded by trees, and south facing panoramic views across the lake, a place where you can take a kayak or canoe from your private jetty onto the pristine water or relax in the secluded hot tub. One of the most extensive decking areas to any of our properties, with a unique ‘walk in’ stair feature and gas fire pit to top it off.
