Vitality is at the core of our philosophy at the Lakes. With 650 acres of land to enjoy, our team have a range of classes designed to train strength and endurance and also increase flexibility. The Orchard Spa has a fully equipped gym, with state of the art equipment from Matrix, kinesis wall, and a variety of free weights and TRX equipment.

Our onsite personal trainer is available for one-on-one training sessions, group training sessions and classes. The schedule of classes include boxercise, TRX runs, high-intensity circuit training and yoga.

Specialised fitness retreats are available on request, using the onsite team or celebrity trainer Matt Roberts. Whether training for Tough Mudder or the Marathon or simply to keep in shape, our team are able to help and support.
